| Usage: | tell <who> <message> |
| This command will send a specific <message> to the player <who> is | |
| named. You do not have to be in the same room for this to work. | |
| This command will use spellpoints. You can block incoming tells | |
| by using tellblock. Tellhistory will give you a list of the last | |
| few tells you received. | |
